Breakfast:
1 cup of tea
2 rock cakes
Lunch:
A bowl of brocolli florets
1/2 of rock melon
1/4 packet of cheesels
Dinner:
Instant noodles with prawns and 1 mushroom
1/2 of McDonald's fries
3 McDonald's chicken nuggets
1 1/2 cup of orange juice
Now:
1 cup of hot and cold water
I think i ate healthy in the afternoon but at dinner it got worse :(
